Rules & Regulations

A great time still requires some rules and
regulations…

Please take a moment to review all of ours to help
ensure a fun and safe visit to our pool!

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL/PARK AREA:
• NO alcohol is allowed in the park.
• NO glass bottles/containers are allowed in the park.
• NO dive sticks or other items that sink are allowed in the pool.
• NO chewing gum is allowed in or around the pool area.
• NO throwing balls in the pool. Inflatable “beach balls” are allowed, but
• NO hard/solid balls(footballs, nerf-style balls, etc.) are allowed in the pool.
• NO Smoking in or near the pool. Guest must use designated “smoking” areas.

ENTRANCE POLICY:
Our policy states that EVERYONE that enters the gate has to pay whether or not they are swimming. Please note that children 2 and under are No Charge but they MUST wear “swimming diapers” to get in free.

ENTERING/LEAVING PARK: Once you enter the pool/park area you can NOT come and go in and out. We do not have tickets or bracelets to track this type of movement. We do allow one person from your group to leave the park once to get food, etc. they can do that, but not the entire family/group/party.

BENCHES, CHAIRS, FLOATS, PICNIC TABLES AND GRILLS:
Visitors are welcome to bring in any basic lawn or stadium chair to use while at the pool. We also have wooden “lounging” benches, picnic tables, and two grills available as well. Visitors may also bring their own small portable grills to ensure availability.

FLOATS: Guests are allowed to bring in their own floats to use. For A $1 charge, we also can inflate them for you if needed. Just see the concession stand for help!

CANOPIES: Guests are allowed to bring in a pop-up canopy, but for safety issues, it can ONLY be used within the grass area where it does not block the view of the pool/lifeguard stands. They are not allowed on any of the concrete areas.

POOL DRESS CODE:
To visit our family-friendly pool, appropriate swimwear is required. Here are some recommendations to help you plan your visit:
APPROPRIATE SWIMWEAR: Appropriate swimwear is required suitable for a family-friendly environment. Thongs, underwear, or transparent clothing items are NOT PERMITTED. Underwear (male or female) is NOT PERMITTED to be used as a “bathing suit”. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of swimwear. Guests who require a diaper are required to wear swim diapers or a diaper specifically designed for aquatic use.

RAIN POLICY:
Park guests can stay in the pool as long as there is no lighting/thunder. If that occurs then all swimmers must exit the pool, but not the park, until it passes. Guests then have the option to “wait it out” if they want. However, if a storm does not pass and the park has to remain closed, we do not refund any entrance cost.

CONCESSIONS AND OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS:
The park has a full concession stand that offers both hot and cold items. Guests are allowed to bring in their own coolers with food and drinks. Please just remember that NO alcohol or glass bottles/containers are allowed in the park.

TOWER/DIVING BOARD AREA POLICIES:
The safety of our guests is our top priority so ANYONE who climbs up the 15’ “Tower” or one of the 3 diving boards (ranging from 3′ to 12′) MUST dive/jump off straight. Swimmers in this area must be able to swim UNASSISTED to be in this area. NO life jackets, arm floats, or other assistant items allowed in this area. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For safety in the area, NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO CLIMB BACK DOWN so please make sure that you or your child is fully prepared to jump off before climbing up. Also for safety in this area, NO swimming or underwater diving is allowed in the deep end (15’ area) where the diving boards are all located.
